We're back . . .

This blog used to be alive and well and now, well, it's just barely hanging on life support. I realized that I didn't document much of Andres' last 3 years, the fact that we got preggers with Annabel, nor her last 2.5 years of life. Not to mention Adrian's last 3 years as well as he is less than one month from turning 7. I'm restarting this blog because I was inspired by another family blog I saw online (although the father may think the blog is about beer and skateboarding) and realized that capturing moments on the spot is much more valuable than a distorted memory eons later. Unfortunately this blog spot will have no pics but here are some important updates: 1) We sold our home in Chicago - for much less than what we paid for but hey, it got sold and we are free and clear of that hood. 2) We moved to the NE/CE side of Austin. After visiting the Mueller area in Jan 2014, life just was never the same. We fell in love with the vibe and got lucky that the boys made the cut for the new public montessori that opened up just a hop/skip/jump away from the Mueller area. We move to the Mueller area in late July 2014. 3) We sort up fixed up our SW Austin home and need to get it sold, like pronto. Please send good vibes that a nice family will pick up shortly. 4) Luis is invigorated with his new found business success in the world of marketing research, primarily for government funded organizations (including universities and cities) 5) I'm a psuedo stay at home mom . . . who am I kidding, I am a stay at home mom with aspirations to be more montessori like with my kids and in a business. 6) Oh yeah, as of Jan 2014 I am officially unemployed. That might change soon . . . 7) Luis and I will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary (yikes) in July 2015 . . . time to start planning something fabulous, but most important, something truly ours. 8) My siblings are now scattered across 3 states (NY, AZ, TX) in the US and Rwanda - Cibe, I miss you! 9) Our extended family may grow, a lot, in early 2015 . . . more on that later
